I called and they were willing to service my out of date water system without pressuring me to purchase a new one. When Jesus arrived, he answered the questions I asked and they gave me a discount for getting a new one. Rosa in the office was great, the owner called me directly to help out, and Jesus in the field was as good as it gets. Very happy with everything they have to offer.

Love All Cities Water Treatment Technician-Marvin. I have a soft water unit for the whole house and a RO system for drinking and making ice. The number of times I've had Marvin visit my house, he is truthful and straight to the point. He arrives at my home within the window that All Cities promises and tells me what I need to know to ensure that I have the best quality water available with the system I have.

Scheduling was a little if-ie on the company office side on things. Had to make two appointments.

Installation went smoothly and was super tidy. The installer, Eddie, walked me through how the system operates and how to bypass for plant watering or if anything goes wrong with the system. Thrilled to have filtered soft water at our home now.
