We had All Cities Water replace a Puragain water filter system that we had installed in 2022. The original system did not address the hard water issue that we have been having and it continually clogged up, requiring routine (expensive) maintenance to replace the filters. All Cities did an excellent job of explaining the options and going through how a salt-based hybrid softener system would provide the water quality we were hoping to achieve. I asked a ton of questions, all of which were quickly and thoroughly answered. There was no attempt to upsell us or talk us into anything. It was a very low-pressure engagement that made everything much simpler. We ended up going with a hybrid salt system that uses carbon and sodium chloride to condition the water (it can also use potassium chloride but the cost of that is prohibitive at this time). The installation went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 4 hours to remove the old system, install the new one and run a drain line across the garage to the sink. That is almost exactly what it took and the installer was very professional and easy-going. We are very pleased with the system thus far and I would highly recommend All Cities Water Treatment as a great option for anyone interested.
Great experience with All Cities Water Treatment! We had them install a water softener system along with a reverse osmosis system, and couldn't be happier with the results. Our water quality has improved so much that we now drink directly from the tap. The crew was professional, the install was fast, and they left everything clean. Highly recommend them to anyone considering a water treatment system for their home.

After doing a lot of research on all the various water softener/conditioner options, I knew I wanted to talk to people who specialize in water treatment as I was a bit overwhelmed with all the different information out there. I got in touch with Jaye at All Cities Water Treatment and he helped walk me through everything I needed to know about my water and how to treat it. He candidly answered some of the questions I had along with explaining the different options they offer but never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. Jaye let me know that once I have a system it's very easy to add things on if I want. Jaye came out to my home for a consultation and to look at the plumbing. He drafted up a plan for the drainage of our new system and we got on the schedule for install the following week. The estimate was extremely fair compared to some others I had received. Eddie arrived promptly and did an amazing job with the install, replacing a failing valve, tucking and hiding piping for the drain. He was super knowledgeable on the system and walked me through the basics of what I needed to do. We are already starting to feel and see that the water is softer and cleaner. I will be recommending All Cities Water Treatment to anyone who is curious about water treatment! 
Marvin is our regular guy and has come out each year since install to do our maintenance checks. This year, Jesus was scheduled and he was just as great. Both are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They arrive within the scheduled time, sometimes even earlier, and are ready to go. Marvin installed a RO Matrix75 system with alkaline filter and he is terrific! He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient! Water taste great and best value for the system. It all started with a call with Jaye. He answered all my questions and won me over with his straight shooter insight and the fact that their whole home system uses salt for a good reason...there's no better way to reduce hardness with our San Diego water. Then to add, they have charcoal filter built into the system to help reduce Chlorine and chloramine, I was sold. Very reasonable pricing and matched a competitor. Edie did a thorough job installing the unit cleanly and when I discovered a leak post installation, Jesus came out and found it was with my PRV regulator, which I addressed separately. Now everything is working great! I just wish I would have done this sooner! Can't wait to have them add a reverse osmosis system next when we're ready! 
We got a whole house filtration system installed recently. The process started with a very thorough phone call explaining everything needed and addressed all questions and concerns.
